Intake process
Please express your interest in receiving Occupational Therapy by either filling out our intake form or by filling out the Contact Us section with any questions. We will then contact you to discuss any questions you may have, waitlists, and session times.
Assessment
The assessment process ensures we gather appropriate information regarding your child and their development to identify the underlying cause/problem to ensure our goals target your child’s specific needs.
Our assessment process includes;
30 minute parent/educator intake session
90 minute assessment (1-2 sessions and can be done across environments)
parent/educator feedback session and
summary report.
Ongoing Therapy
Following your initial intake and assessments, Occupational Therapy sessions will be booked on a weekly/fortnightly basis depending on your child's goals and funding.
We work collaboratively on setting realistic and functional goals with your child and work with you on achieving these across different environments.
